FIND YOUR WORD
If you couldn't say “I'm fine” today...
What would you actually say?
A free 60-minute room for the woman who's tired of carrying things she doesn't have words for yet.
You show up.
You answer the texts.
You handle the thing.
You pray about it.
You tell everybody you're okay.
And then you're alone with your thoughts and you're wondering:
When did I become this tired?
When did I lose me in all of this?
Why do I know what everybody else needs but can't tell you what I need?
And why does “I'm fine” come out so much easier than the truth?
If that hit somewhere deeper than your inbox...
come sit with me.
We're finding the thread
We aren't fixing your whole life in 60 minutes.
We're finding the thread.
Because sometimes your problem isn't one problem.
It's a whole damn hairball.
Family.
Fear.
People-pleasing.
Loss.
Relationships.
Church.
Expectations.
The version of you everybody got comfortable with.
And when it's all tangled together, you don't even know where to start.
So don't.
Start with one word.
Sometimes the word chooses you
You don't choose the word.
Sometimes the word chooses you.
There may be a word you've been circling for a while.
You just haven't said it out loud.
REST.
TRUTH.
VOICE.
BOUNDARY.
JOY.
COURAGE.
FORGIVENESS.
PURPOSE.
SURRENDER.
FREEDOM.
Maybe yours isn't on that list.
That's okay.
We're going to find it.
Your heart is still art
And there's something else I want you to remember.
Before the world taught you to harden...
before you learned how to keep everybody happy...
before disappointment taught you to protect yourself...
before you became really good at saying “I'm fine”...
there was something in you that God created.
Curious.
Creative.
Tender.
Funny.
Imaginative.
Alive.
Your heart wasn't created to be your god.
And I'm not going to tell you to blindly “follow your heart.”
God gets the final word.
But your heart matters.
And sometimes the work is learning how to hear what has been buried underneath all the noise.
Your heart is still art.
In our hour together
We're going to:
- Get honest about what's underneath “I'm fine.”
- Look at the war between what your mind is saying and what your heart has been trying to tell you.
- Find your word.
- Give yourself permission to tell the truth without cleaning it up first.
- And leave with one honest move.
Not a 47-step plan.
Not a new personality.
Not another list of things you're failing to do.
One move.
This room is for you if...
- You are tired of being the one everybody calls.
- You love Jesus but you're still wrestling with yourself.
- You know what Scripture says, but knowing isn't always the same as living it.
- You have gotten so good at functioning that people don't realize you're struggling.
- You keep replaying the conversation.
- You keep saying you'll deal with it later.
- You keep pouring out and wondering why nobody notices you're empty.
You don't necessarily need another person telling you what's wrong with you.
You need somewhere safe enough to tell the truth.
If you're nodding right now...
I think you need to be in this room.

Come curious.
Bring your journal.
Bring your Bible if you want it.
Bring the thing you've been avoiding.
You don't have to have the answer.
That's why we're gathering.
There will be fire in this room.
Not performance.
Not fluff.
Not another “just think positive” conversation.
Come find the word.

Let's find the thread
I've been the woman who was needed by everyone and known by no one.
I don't sit across from women pretending I have their answers.
I sit with them long enough for the truth to surface.
I believe coaching can be art.
I believe our calling can become curriculum.
I believe the things we've walked through can teach us something without becoming the thing that defines us.
And I believe your heart matters more than your mind sometimes tells you.
Your thoughts can mislead you.
Your heart can hurt.
God can renew your mind and teach you how to care for what is happening in your heart, one honest day at a time.
That's the work.
I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to sit with you long enough for the truth to surface and trust to be felt.
