Are you a therapist?
No. I am a Certified Biblical Life Coach — not a licensed therapist. Coaching is forward-focused, faith-rooted, and action-oriented. If you ever need clinical support I will always help you find the right resources. But if you need someone trained and called to walk alongside you in the becoming — that is what I do.
Do I have to be going through something specific?
Not at all. My programs meet women in all kinds of seasons — identity, calling, boundaries, shame, fear, faith, and finding themselves again. Wherever you are, there is a place for you here.
Do I have to be a strong Christian?
No. My coaching is rooted in Christian faith and Scripture. But whether your faith is strong, shaky, or barely hanging on — you are welcome here. You don't have to have it all together. That is literally what we are working on.
