Morning Reset
5 minutes with God before the day starts. Before the noise. Before the fear gets loud. Before the mind starts its war. Just you and Him.
This is not a 45 minute devotional with highlighters and a perfect cup of coffee.
This is for the woman who wakes up already behind. Already anxious. Already hearing everything she did wrong and everything she has to do today.
Five minutes. That is it. Before your feet hit the floor — give God the first five minutes of your day. Watch what changes.
Just breathe before you do anything else
Before you check your phone. Before you think about what is on your list. Before the mind starts running — take three slow deep breaths and say out loud:
That is it. That is the whole first minute. Simple is holy too.
Name three things you are grateful for right now
Not big things. Not profound things. Just three real things. The breath in your lungs. The fact that you woke up. The cup of coffee waiting for you. Three things. Say them out loud if you can.

Read one Scripture and let it land
Not a whole chapter. One verse. Pick one from the scripture cards in your toolkit or use this one today:
Read it once. Read it again. Ask God what He wants you to carry from it today.
Give God the one thing that is already weighing on you
You already know what it is. The thing you woke up thinking about. The worry. The fear. The conversation you are dreading. The bill. The relationship. Name it and hand it over.
Speak truth over yourself before the day does
The enemy starts talking early. Speak first. Read the declaration below out loud — even if you do not feel it yet. Especially if you do not feel it yet.
I am not what I have been through.
I am not what I have done or what was done to me.
I am who God says I am.
I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
I am chosen. I am loved. I belong to Him.
Today I choose to breathe.
I choose to trust what I cannot see.
I choose to believe that God is working even now.
My mind does not get the first word today.
God does.
And if I am still breathing —
I am doing it right. 💜
Monday — Where do I need God to show up for me specifically this week?
Tuesday — What fear is trying to get loud today and what does God say about it?
Wednesday — Who in my life needs grace from me today?
Thursday — What is one thing I keep carrying that God has already told me to put down?
Friday — What did God do this week that I almost missed?
Saturday — What does rest look like for me today and am I allowing myself to have it?
Sunday — What is God preparing me for in this next season?
